Founded in 2016, KARAT came out of humble beginnings in the basement kitchen of West Kelowna’s Mission Hill Winery.
KARAT has received multiple national and international awards and continues to push to provide better service and product.

Terroir: 
70% single origin dark chocolate couverture, infused with fermented Okanagan Valley Cabernet Sauvignon grapes

Maple Pecan:
39% milk couverture, maple & brown sugar, brown butter, pecan

Cherry:
64% dark Madagascar, sour cherry

Apple Cinnamon:
33% single origin milk couverture, Okanagan apple, crispy butter wafer, almond & caramel
